Quotation Submission

We coordinate the costing process and provide a quotation based on the agreed technical and commercial requirements.

Order Confirmation

After order confirmation, we establish the production plan and agreed milestones, including raw material, tooling, sample development, production, inspection and dispatch.

Production Monitoring

We continuously monitor the manufacturing progress against the agreed production schedule.

We obtain regular updates from the manufacturing partner, identify potential delays and coordinate corrective actions where required.

Delivery & After-Sales Support

We coordinate final inspection, documentation, packing, dispatch and delivery.
